Tutoring
The philosophy of SSS tutoring services promote one-on-one sessions that meet on a regular ongoing basis throughout the semester. Peer tutors are trained in a collaborative class team taught with the Director of the Catamount Academic Tutoring Center. Together our tutors are trained in ethics, communication, and confidentiality, and accurate record keeping. Peer tutors work with a diverse population including students with disabilities, varying learning styles, students from different cultures and backgrounds.
